Here at Big Spring Quail we do NOT offer a hatch rate guarantee on ANY hatching eggs. There are too many factors that I can in no way control or be responsible for. We provide quality fertile and fertilized quail eggs. We do not send any eggs we believe to be of poor quality. We try to protect the eggs as best we can, but as many people know USPS does not treat packages great, and unfortunately that is out of our control. We always want you to have the best chance possible, so you are more than welcome to contact us to help you trouble shoot why your hatch rate may not have been the best. You may not contact us asking for replacement eggs or a refund. This request is against our policy and will be denied.
